Printing tips
- Print at 100 percent. In the print box, choose "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page" so the blanks stay large.
- One side only. The worksheets are meant to be spread out on the table, side by side.
- Pencil, not pen. You will change your mind at least once. That is the point.
- Print a second set before you need it. The two-week reset in Worksheet 12 asks you to measure again. A clean copy is easier than erasing.
Questions about the worksheets.
Is this connected to a clinic, a treatment program, or a medication?
No. Clear Table Press is an independent publisher. The workbook is education and skills practice, not treatment. It does not discuss medication and will not tell you whether you have ADHD. Nobody from the press will contact you.
Will the worksheets go out of date?
No. Nothing in the set depends on yearly figures. If a page changes because of a correction, the file at this address is replaced and one email goes out.
Can I print the worksheets more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like; the two-week reset asks you to measure again, and a clean copy is easier than erasing. No email address is required.
What if you got something wrong?
Write to [email protected] with the page and the line. Corrections go into the free worksheet set immediately, into the next printing, and are noted on this page.
The ADHD Time & Routines Workbook
Measure one real day. Anchor your routines to things that happen, not to clock times. Keep a two-minute version of everything. Every worksheet here has a chapter in the book that states the rule, cites the source, and does the arithmetic once before you do yours.
